Hi, I’m trying to stain my 3T3-L1 cells with Oil Red O after differentiation. In light microscopy I clearly see lipid droplets, but the staining with Oil Red O appear negative…and BLUE!!!
I would like to know if the BLUE color of my solution 5mg/ml in Isopropanol in normal… I tried different protocols but I don’t see nothing RED. Why? Thank you
