Lysosomes staining

Is there any staining available for lysosomes in cell organelle?

Hi Laura

You can stain lysosomes easily. however the procedure is different for the live or fixed cells. For the

• Live cells → Acridine Orange, Neutral Red
• Fixed cells/tissues? → Toluidine Blue, Sudan Black B Staining
