I’m trying to isolate/ purify a 24 AA peptide that I have formerly used in conjunction with mc-KLH to generate Ab in mice. Any suggestion for the Reverse Phase Column that I should use or a simple HPLC could get the job done?

This is an old post and probably you have already found an answer to this. You can try to isolate the peptide using a 25cm RPLC C-18 column compatible with an HPLC system.
- C18 (ODS, Octadecylsilane)
- Pore Size: 100–300 Å (Angstroms)
- 100 Å: Best for smaller peptides (≤15 AAs).
- 200–300 Å: Best for 24-AA peptides, allowing better separation.
- Particle Size: 3–5 µm (Smaller particles improve resolution but increase back pressure).

Hi Navneet
We used a Hypersil Gold C18 Column from Thermo-Fisher and resolved it. Your answer is right on the point. It will help others too. Thanks
