hello, we are thinking of starting some ipsc culture and looking through protocols. do you have some ideas or protocols that you can share? thank you!

What’s the source of your ipsc Cells? That will help sharing the protocol specifically for the species. We work with Rat/ Mouse ipscs.

In that scenario, you can refer to these Published Protocols:

This is one of the foundational protocols for deriving ECs from iPSCs using small molecules.

In addition to protocols, you will be required to establish a number of markers which are for Endothelial Cells and for Pluripotency. Your cells should be tested for both presence and absence of following markers: Positive: CD31, CD144, VEGFR2 (KDR), CD34, vWF, eNOS

Negative: OCT4, NANOG, SOX2
