Protocol for endothelial cell FACSort

Hi, I’m trying to use flow cytometry to sort endothelial cells. Does anyone have a generic protocol? Or better yet, we have the APC-CD31 antibody that I’m using, if anyone has any experience with that can you share it with me, please?
