hi I bought my human embryonic stem cell line H9 from National Stem Cell Bank half a year ago to induce it’s lipofibroblastic differentiation. I digest the cells from feeder layer. I will give a trial to do so with trypsin/EDTA, since collagen IV is more expensive. I wonder if anyone used trypsin to digest human embryonic stem cell line H9.
