Hi I am sure many of us must be using e-pipettes. How comfortable are you using it? For me it works best for dispensing, but problem is for performing serial dilutions. It is because the pipettes take-up some back volume after dispensing. Does anyone come across this? How are you correcting this?

You can use the Reverse Pipetting Technique that involves aspirating slightly more than the required volume and dispensing the exact amount. The extra liquid remains in the tip, ensuring complete delivery of the desired volume. This can help mitigate the issue of back volume.
