Need your help!!

Has anyone seen strange melt curves caused by contaminants from RNA extraction? what could be the underlying reason?

A number of factors can cause it. But importantly, a purification step can improve the yield and avoid this issue. You can use either spin columns or reprecipitate and solubilize your sample to bypass the issue.
