Need help with buffer composition and calculations

Can someone share the recipe for the following:

  1. 10X PBS
  2. Laemmli’s Buffer

is it advisable to go for 5X or 4X buffer?

10X PBS recepie (1Ltr) :slight_smile:

NaCl 80 gm

KCl 2.0 gm

Na2HPO4 14.4 gm

or Na2HPO4.H2O 18 gm

KH2PO4. 2.4 gm
