I’m currently exploring the protein protein interactions in the context of Cellular Signaling Pathways in solid endocrine tumors. We are interested in understanding stable as well transient interactions at both mechanical as well functional level. I have multiple queries
- What are most reliable techniques to study and differentiate b/w transient and stable complex formations during protein protein interactions e.g FRET, SPR etc.
2)How do PTMs influence transient of interactions?
- which databases/ prediction tools are suitable for modeling transient vs stable interactions b/w proteins.
