I have problem with western blottng.the thing is I got ladder tranferd on the membrane but i didnt get any protein bands after detction. I am using HRP labelld antibody. I have stained the gel left after tranfer n got very light bands indicating almost complete transfer on the membrane. i saw complete ladder transfered onto the membrane i loaded 50ug protein in the wells.Could anyone tell where might b the problem.I think it can be in antibodies and detection system or anywhr else? Dab and H2O2 is also fine.pls suggest
