Hello there, I’m just wondering if there’s anyone here who’ve been using Trans Blot Turbo machine to transfer large protein. The protein that I’m blocking is EGFR and the size is 170kDa. I noticed that the standard transfer time for high MW protein using the machine is 10 minutes and I’ve tried 10 mins but I didn’t get the band. The max time that I can set for the machine is 90 mins and I’ve tried that too and i still didn’t get the band.

Have you checked the band in your stained Gel? Are other protein bands visible?
