I am working with PEGylated liposomal nanoparticles for drug delivery. They help prolong circulation, but now anti-PEG antibodies are speeding up clearance in some animal models.
Have others tried alternative surface coatings or spatially controlled PEGylation to retain stability while avoiding immunogenicity?
Looking for answers. pls help.
