Immunofluorescence

Hi, My Immunofluorescence slides have a cloudy appearance. Can anyone explain me the reason? The slides do fluoresce, but have a cloudy appearance and the cells (Testis section) are not clearly visible. I use the standard immmunofluorescent procedure and mount using glycerol jelly.

When I prepare H & E staining of the same set of tissues, the sections look clear and good. Where could I be going wrong while doing Immunofluorescence? Could the problem be with the tissue itself? I had fixed the tissue in buffered neutral formalin.
