Fc-specific conjugation of antibody?

hi,

Does anyone know a good company/protocol/ kit that specializes in conjugating enzymes or other entities (like biotin) to only the Fc portion of an antibody?

You can check catalogs of many companies. However, why take all the trouble because these are easily available commercially and with high quality. In your case you will first purify Ab then conjugate it and then reassess its Assay and binding.

Thank you Argerine for your advice. We have produced this Polyclonal antibody in house using a mouse model. I am looking for a way to purify and then conjugate this antibody to Biotin at the Fc Region for my future experiments.

Thanks for elaborating on Sachin. You can purify your antibody using Protein A/ G Agarose and then follow it up with further purification (if required) by using your primary antigen as immobilized agent in affinity column. Regarding the Biotinylation, a number of companies offer these kit as quick solution and you can check the supporting information for suitable protocols.
