Hey I am trying to elute the protein complexes from an immunoprecipitation such that the protein complexes would still be in the native form… I want to run it on native page gel…

For Elution, Instead of lower pH based elution, use salt based elution with isocratic flow and then desalt the sample. Less chances for denaturation.
For Native PAGE, there are many established protocols, so use the one which suits your application and downstream processing
