HI, I want to know that, is UHT treated milk is totally free of bacteria?? i had run the sample of UHT treated milk of other company, in SPC , using EMB AGAR and after the due time of incubation it gives pinkish purple fish eye colonies. which is according to my preliminary thought, E.Aerogenes. I want to know is that possible UHT treated milk contains this organism, or it is just my handling error.
