Challenge with delivery of Guide RNA to Specific sites

hello,

How can we efficiently deliver CRISPR components (Cas9 protein/RNA and guide RNA) to granulosa cells in ovaries in vivo. we are using Viral vectors (AAVs) and lipofection but struggling with target efficiency and specific cellular uptake by granulosa cells. Any suggestion to overcome these barriers.

Just a suggestion. Granulosa cells should have receptors for FSH, most other cells don’t have them. Could this be useful?
