Hello, Is there anyone who is familiar with microarray data analysis? I have csf file, but I cannot understand what does it mean?

I appreciate if anyone could help me.

In microarray workflows, “.csf” is not a standard or widely used file format like:

  • .CEL (Affymetrix raw probe-level data)

  • .CHP (processed Affymetrix results)

  • .GPR (GenePix)

  • .TXT / .CSV (processed output)

Because of that, a .csf file is likely a vendor-specific or software-specific format. Which platform are you using?
