Need help to edit G to C .All sequencing done.The family all have the same mutation, though parents are unrelated.So their son is homozygous and striving to live, just one base edit can save life.Please help.

Iām sure its not this easy and requires a lot more transition from setting up base substitution to delivery of system and target cells/tissues. Can you elaborate on What exactly are you trying to achieve or target?
Hello navneet, Thanks for a reply. The situation is that this person is a classical patient of MNGIE , has a typical C to G mutation at chromosome 22 . The parents are carriers and the index case a male is homozygous to the mutation in his TYMP gene.I am looking for somebody who can guide to sav ehis life, after the family lost their elder daughter recently.They are not from science background so cannot communicate well.I do it just to help them.Thanks again.
