Hello everyone,

I’m currently working on quantifying viral load using qPCR, but I’m facing some challenges with data normalization. The results vary depending on how I set up the controls. Could someone suggest the most reliable approach for normalization.

is it better to use reference genes or external standards for consistent and accurate measurements?

Regards

Need some details on your qPCR setup first.
