Hi

After isolating PBMCs, I’m seeing low viability even before starting experiments. Could this be due to centrifugation speed or sample handling time, and how can I improve recovery?

Regards

Sarah

Use 1000g as Max limit. If you’re working above that, Cell viability is expected to be lower. In case you’re already using the same try using density gradient Centrifugation using Ficoll or Picol.
