We are planning a large-scale proteomics experiment and trying to decide between label-free quantification (LFQ) and isobaric labeling (like TMT or iTRAQ). What are the key advantages and limitations of each approach in terms of sensitivity, accuracy, and reproducibility in terms of differential protein expression analysis?
