Hello I am currently using protamine sulfate as my coating buffer…I have used carbonate and PBS coating buffers. it seems like the protamine works better. Does anyone know the benefits of Precoating the ELISA plates overnight? Also are there coating buffers that would work well with DNA that contain Thymine Dimers?

Thanks
