Have there been any successful Gene Editing for rectification of Oncogenes in humans or other models

This may be slightly unrelated but still relevant to your field query… In a recent meeting of Oncologists, I came to know about development of vaccines against the hereditary cancers particularly focused on BRCA mutations and its subtype.

Might require further mining of / for exact information.
